...and the truth will set you free!

We have been struggling with our emotions as we are in a waiting place to know what God is doing with the adoption. Today at church the only bit of the message I heard seemed to shoot through my darkness and offer great hope.

The Truth Will Set You Free
So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, "If you abide in
my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth
will set you free." John 8:31-32

I shared it with my beloved and we agreed that the only way out of the gloom of our situation was to dig deep into the bible and find our comfort and wisdom there. We had a time of talking and crying and in the end came to a new peace.
