Burdens Lifted

On the home front while we wait for more news of Sweetpea we have been praying for my dear husbands mom. She had a tumor growing in her neck and today she underwent surgery. It was such a relief to hear that she made it through fine, is in a lot of pain now but that the surgeons were able to get the whole thing out. The prognosis is good and we are so grateful that she is in the recovery stage. That makes both of our mom's in for surgery in the past year. It makes us reflect on how much we love them and how much they have given to us during our lives. We are blessed to be loved by these great women, they are treasures to us and to our children.
