Happy Chinese New Year. It is the end of the festival for Chinese New Year and today is Lantern Festival, one of my favorite memories from China. We celebrated with a picnic lunch and read aloud of a favorite Chinese novel. The kids were given hong bao, the red envelopes by their Baba and did their crazy happy dance. Their piggy banks are enriched on this day each year.
